ADMISSION PROTOCOL


1. Announcement of Application:

Application forms are available online.

2. Admission Requirements:

Registration Fee

  • P 2,000 fee (non-refundable)

Applicants’ Age

  • Kindergarten 1 applicant must be at least 4 years of age by October 31.

  • Kindergarten 2 applicant must be at least 5 years of age by October 31.

  • Grade 1 applicant must be 6 years of age within the School Year.

3. Admission Process:

Applicants should complete the following steps:

  1. Download the Enrolment and Survey Form online.

  2. Fill out the downloaded form.

  3. Submit the form to the School with the necessary requirements:

    • Photocopy of Birth certificate - PSA

    • School Record (SF9)

    • 1x1 ID photo with white background

4. Interview with the parent/s or guardian/s. Parents / guardians and students will be interviewed by the grade-level teachers.

5. Pay registration

Acceptance based on:

  • Transcript, academic and behavioral records from the previous school

  • Recommendations of the interviewer

  • availability of space

  • Age

  • Behavior

5. Notification of Acceptance:

The Office of LAMS Admission.

6. Registration Procedure:

Students who are accepted should follow these steps for enrolment:

  1. Pick up the registration package.

  2. Register on the designated date.

  3. Pay registration fee at the Finance Office.

  4. Submit remaining documents required. (See Admission)

  5. Buy uniforms

Summer School

New students are required to attend summer school, a four-week session held in June.

Admission of Late Applicants:

  1. Admission consults grade level leaders of the possibility of accepting new student into the intended level. Decision based on:

    • The time of the school year

    • The needs of the applicant (specific reasons)

    • Vacancy in the grade level

  2. If conditions above are satisfied then the application is sold to the applicant.

  3. Applicant goes through the normal testing procedures.

  4. Admission Committee makes the decision of Acceptance.

  5. Notification of the decision is made to parents & teacher.

  6. Completion of Registration.

  7. Joining of the class.
